All loops and samples purchased from @ks.production are to be included in the credit splits for at least 5%, ONLY if you are releasing your song. After purchasing, you will be sent an email including all the information that will be needed to add @ks.production to the splits.

If you have recorded a song with @ks.production, you are required to add @ks.production into the producer splits for at least 20% or what has been discussed. This is mentioned in the contract you signed before any type of recording has begun. Failure to do so will resolve to serious consequences involving the law.

If you have shared your song with @ks.production to get mixed or mastered, you are required to add @ks.production into the producer splits for at least 30% or what has been discussed. This is mentioned in the contract you signed before any work has begun. Failure to do so will resolve to serious consequences involving the law.

If you have recorded, mixed and mastered a song with @ks.production, then you are required to add @ks.production into the producer splits for at least 40% or what has been discussed. This is mentioned in the contract and bought to your attention before singing, and any work has begun. Failure to do so will resolve to serious consequences involving the law.
